NRA Range Safety Officer Certification Class – May 19, 2012
The Deerfield Valley Sportsmen’s Club is proud to announce the certification of the
following 16 individuals that were certified Saturday, May 19th to be NRA Range Safety
Officers. Jonathan Boos, Debra Cox, Robert Hamilton, Michael Linnehan, James O’
Brien, Martin Rachels, William Rolya, Hans Spiesicke, Justin Steiger, Brian Sullivan,
Sean Welch, Michael Welch, Tom White, Lorne Johnson, Paul Tobitz and Harold Fink.
Each student had to attend a 9 hour course, pass a written exam and demonstrate
knowledge obtained by enacting demonstrations to be certified. The class was taught
by Bob Boilard, NRA Chief Range Safety Officer.
